Camdyn arrived on time. He listened to the issues we were having and asked questions to get clarification and be able to troubleshoot. He looked at both thermostats and he also looked and tested at the HVAC system. He explained everything so that I understood what he was doing. To my relief, Camdyn replaced a part and got the AC going. He remain in the house to make sure it came to the target temperature. Camdyn explained the membership program along with the benefits tied to the membership. He was so proficient in what he did to get the AC started back that we signed up to be a member. Guillermo did an excellent job. He spent quite a bit of time ensuring everything was as it should be. He found a wire that somehow was no longer attached but should have been. He reattached it and ran a program to be sure it was working properly. I was very happy with his service and care in not bringing in debris from multi trips outside.

Our call for service was handled quickly and professionally. Service was performed later the same day as committed to. Camden was very friendly, professional and seemed knowledgeable. He diagnosed issue quickly and explained pricing and remedy. While the part we need is not readily available he “reworked” the unit so it could used until the part is replaced.

He clearly explained that if the AC access door becomes loose, the system can automatically shut off, which was very helpful to know. He also addressed the drainage issues both inside and outside the unit. Camden was respectful, patient, and understanding, and I especially appreciated his flexibility in accepting Apple Pay.
